Advanced technology and increased demand have led to innovations in surveillance, information capture, information processing and tracking capabilities for military and aerospace applications. Unmanned stealth vehicles, high-bandwidth satellite transponders, wide area networks and other mechanisms need the most reliable test equipment available today. The ability to ramp quickly, manufacture multiple test stations and still adhere to internationally recognized quality standards is confirmed by our ISO 9001:2000 certification. IE has decades of experience with sustainment strategies; we’ve deployed and supported military test systems since 1969. High quality infuses every aspect of the development, production, installation, servicing and support of IE test solutions.

The 90+ B-52 Stratofortresses flying today were built beginning in 1961, but they are nowhere near retirement. The US Air Force expects them to remain the backbone of the strategic bomber fleet until a new generation arrives around 2040 - almost 80 years in the air.
