Nearly forty years of proven performance in a dynamically changing industry provides an engineering company with a wealth of knowledge and a richness of experience that can never be imitated. When IE began pioneering ATE systems in 1969, the basis of our philosophy was to meet and exceed the demands of industry by staying at the forefront of new technology, and providing modular, functional, and flexible test solutions. During the 1970’s and 1980’s, the innovative architecture of the IE 390s led the ATE revolution and is still inspiring designs for today’s emerging technologies. We continue to earn the trust of the world’s leading electronics manufacturers by providing innovative test solutions for multiple industries including Military & Aerospace, Communications, Medical, Industrial, Automotive, Consumer and Office Automation.
